The process

  1. Discovery call

A free, no-pressure conversation about your team, your devices and what is not working.

  2. Assessment

I review your Microsoft 365 tenant and devices and note what needs fixing or setting up.

  3. Fixed quote

You get one clear price for the whole project, with a timeline. No monthly fees, no surprises.

  4. Setup

I configure your tenant, security and device management, and enroll your devices.

  5. Handoff

You get documentation of everything and a walkthrough. From here, your setup runs on its own.

Questions

Is there really no monthly fee?

Correct. You pay once for the setup. Your only ongoing costs are your Microsoft licenses (and Jamf, if you choose it), which you pay directly to them. If you want help later, support is pay-as-you-go by the hour.

What do I need before we start?

Ideally Microsoft 365 Business Premium, which includes Intune and the security features this setup uses. On a different plan or on Google Workspace? We will go through your options on the discovery call.

How long does setup take?

It depends on your team size and how much needs fixing. Your quote includes a timeline, so you know before we start.

Do you work on-site?

Yes, anywhere in New York City. Everywhere else in the US, everything is done remotely, and new devices ship straight to your employees and set themselves up.

What if something breaks after setup?

Your setup is designed to keep running on its own: updates, compliance and new devices are automatic. When you do need a hand, book pay-as-you-go support. No contract, no retainer.

Will I be locked in to Bydash?

No. Everything lives in your own Microsoft 365 tenant, you hold the admin accounts, and you get full documentation. Any IT professional can pick it up.
