Hi, I'm Rakesh.
I'm an IT engineer based in Queens, NY. I started Bydash Technology for small businesses that need real IT — security, managed devices, smooth onboarding — but don't need a full-time IT team or a multi-year MSP contract.
Experience
I have 5+ years in IT, providing Level 2–3 support to businesses, including years at a managed service provider supporting many client companies. I set up and manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Jamf environments, and I automate the repetitive parts with PowerShell and Power Automate.
